Grilled Peaches with Sandstone Cave-Aged Bleu Cheese, Arugula and Balsamic Drizzle
Paired with FCB’s Bourbon Barrel-Aged Peach Wheat Wine

Second Course:
Dry-Aged, House-Ground Prime Rib Burger with Caramelized Onions, Cave-Aged Gruyere and Garlic Aioli
Paired with FCB’s Oud Bruin

Third Course:
Barrel-Aged Rum Chocolate Cake with Spiced Whipped Cream
Paired with FCB’s vintage-release of 2014 Double Chocolate Stout
