10/11/2015 -- D.C. MASH: Three Headed Beast

Three chefs, three beasts, one day of live music, food, and beer for a good a cause.

The concept is simple, but massive: Chef Andrew Gerson and two local chefs each take a whole animal, cook it up into something amazing, and let you dig in. Your ticket gains you admission to the fest, a plate of food from each chef packed with succulent meat and delicious sides, live music, and a Brooklyn Brewery beer to help you take it all in. Plus, proceeds from the feast go to The Food Trust to help others share the bounty.

We'll be setting up camp at Blind Whino on Sunday, October 11 for the extravaganza. Chef Andrew will be joined by Chef Russell Jones and another DC chef to take on the animals and whip up the sides. We'll be adding in a live band, some delicious and rare Brooklyn Brewery beers, and a surprise or two, but we're keeping all of those plans close to the vest for now.
