Imperial Wit aged in Bourbon barrels for 327 days

Old Fashion: The latest addition to our barrel aged beers. This imperial wit was aged in bourbon barrels for 327 days. The bourbon barrel character stands out through the beer's light body and relatively dry finish. Rich oak, caramel, and vanilla notes lead the way to the lighter orange and coriander notes on the finish. It drinks brilliantly and could stand up to any Old Fashion cocktail! Garnish with a cherry if you must!
