Denizens Brewing Co is celebrating the unique style of wild beer at the first Make it Funky Festival

Sour beer fans rejoice! – Denizens Brewing Co. is hosting some of the best local beer producers and several out-of-towners to celebrate the unique and mouth-watering style of wild brews with the first annual ‘Make It Funky’ Festival. From 1-5pm on October 3rd, craft brew fans from all over the DMV will gather to sample over 40 funky beers from about 20 breweries, while enjoying food truck fare, funk music, and the fall season in Denizens’ beer garden.

From goses to brettanomyces blondes, this festival will showcase the wide range of wild beers being produced by craft breweries. Participating breweries stem from the mid-atlantic to Colorado. A variety of local food trucks including Dirty South Deli, Go Fish, and more will be on hand to ensure no wild beer lover goes hungry.

Tickets are $50, which includes unlimited samples. Tickets go on sale September 1st at 10 AM on the Denizens Brewing Co website: www.denizensbrewingco.com.
