Larry Keel Experience to headline Upland Brew Co annual Hillbilly Haiku Festival.

Larry Keel Experience is coming to Upland's Bloomington Brewpub - September 4th!

"With an unofficial title of ‘Flatpickin Legend and Master Fisherman’, Larry is considered one of the best flatpickers on the planet. Steeped in the old-timey and with a gravelly voice as deep and rich as moonshine on a riverbank... Larry’s flat-picking style is as seamless as it is gymnastic and he’s a master at simulating banjo rolls, mandolin runs or even parts that you would normally hear played on a fiddle." ~ Mousike Magazine

For Keel the musical mission is always clear: to let technical skill, honest emotion and fearlessness connect the playing and singing to audiences, to entertain and to thoroughly enjoy the experience of creating and sharing in music.

Larry Keel Experience will have support from Lindsay Lou & the Flatbellys, T.V. Mike and the Scarecrowes, and Glass Mountain.

Doors open at 5:00p.m.; our signature brews will be available for purchase as well as delicious food from the Upland grill. The tunes will get going at 5:30p.m. and will last until 11:00p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

All proceeds benefit Sycamore Landtrust.
