Uinta Brewing Co. has given its Detour Double IPA a facelift. The Salt Lake City-based brewery said it will begin selling 4-packs of the 9.5 percent ABV brew in 12 oz. bottles later this month. Previously packaged in 750 mL champagne-style bottles, the rebranded beer will feature new label artwork and an extra hop addition.

Green Flash Brewing Co. today announced its plans to expand distribution in Michigan in an effort to meet statewide demand. The San Diego-based brewery, which entered southern parts of the state in October, has inked deals with each of the 11 distributors that make up a statewide beer distribution network known as the M1 Group.
If Survey Analytics’ study on “the secret life of the American beer buyer” is to be believed, the average beer drinker spends almost 3 percent of their yearly income on suds. Betting on continued growth of the rapidly developing U.S. cider market, Anheuser-Busch InBev today announced plans to nationally distribute its Stella Artois Cidre brand. The dry European-style cider, which was first introduced in 26 states last May, will be available across the U.S. in 4-packs, 24 oz. bottles and on draft.
