New Hampshire Sales Representative


Stoneface Brewing Company is seeking an enthusiastic sales market representative to help grow the brand in the western New Hampshire market. The ideal candidate is a personable, craft beer fan, with a killer work ethic who is based in Nashua/Salem, the Merrimack Valley, or western New Hampshire.


Responsibilities / Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  

GROW THE BUSINESS: 

  • Optimize and maintain current accounts; seek and obtain new 
  • Retailer Relations: develop rapport with designated key accounts
  • Wholesaler Relations: develop professional relationships with relevant merchandisers & sales representatives


SALES EXECUTION & QUALITY STANDARDS: 

  • Sell & allocate draft & package placements to key accounts 
  • Conduct quality checks and monitor product freshness at retail 
  • Assess and report market feedback on brands, pricing, POS/merch, placements, etc. 
  • Conduct samplings, events, merchandising, POS/merch execution, pricing surveys, freshness surveys, market recon, and field marketing initiatives, etc.


EVENT COORDINATION, SUPPORT, & EXECUTION:  

  • Coordinate, execute, represent, and report on consumer events, including tap takeovers, beer dinners, pint nights, promotions, samplings, fests, collaborations, etc. 
  • Maintain and organize a sales & marketing event calendar  
  • Facilitate wholesaler and retailer guest visitation at the brewery, as necessary 
  • Communicate Tasting Room visitation needs to internal stakeholders 
  • Host brewery tours, as needed, for VIP guests 

 

SALES ADMINISTRATION: 

  • Plan and optimize designated travel activities and routes 
  • Track, summarize, and report activities, goals, data, market feedback, and other pertinent territory records 
  • Work with Sales & Marketing Coordinator for festival registrations and recordkeeping 
  • Record mileage, expenses, samples, POS 


 

Skills, Abilities, & Requirements: Organization, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work autonomously are necessary to successfully perform this role 

  • Age 21+  
  • Based in New Hampshire (Merrimack Valley, Western NH, or Nashua/Salem)
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time 
  • Willingness and ability to work unconventional hours, including nights and weekends 
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask  
  • Ability to be nimble and adapt 
  • Ability to take direction and ask questions 
  • Maintain composure and be calm under high pressure 
  • Active, direct, and continuous communication with management in the Sales, Marketing, and Tasting Room departments 
  • Cicerone Beer Server Certification, or ability to earn within the first 6 mo. of employment 
  • Ability to lift 50lbs. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; experience with KARMA a plus 


 This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.
