Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator will work in the ongoing inventory management, shipping/receiving, packaging, and general facilities and maintenance of the warehouse and common areas of Industrial Arts Brewing Company. The Warehouse Operator will report to the Supply Chain Manager and communicate regularly across multiple departments. 

Responsibilities:

1. Maintains safe working practices at all times
2. Maintain a clean organized work area in adherence to our food safety plan and master sanitation plan
3. Loading and unloading of all outgoing and incoming trucks
4. Build and ship outgoing orders to our wholesale partners with strong attention to quality and FIFO

• Weekly transfer of product to our taproom

1. Receive raw materials according to strict food-safety guidelines
2. Perform inventory counts of raw materials & finished goods as directed by the Supply Chain Manager
3. Occasionally use a company vehicle to transport material to and from local vendors and customers
4. Securing/organizing packaged product off of the production line into cold storage
5. Daily transfer of raw materials to the brewing department
6. Assist other departments as needed
