Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for the beverage industry and a proven track record in driving sales growth. You will work independently from home, proactively managing your time and priorities to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.


This is mainly a work-from-home position!


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, delegating workload appropriately and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze market data, and use insights to make high-impact decisions and improvements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners, telling the story of every product in an inspiring way. Achieve personal minimum weekly call targets and ensure the sales team achieves their own targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set clear objectives, create and track success metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Oversee sales budgets, optimize spending, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Customer Engagement: Be available to all customers to communicate, identify, and address questions, enhancing customer relationships.
  • Event Participation: Plan for and manage our participation in key trade show events.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management within the beverage industry.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to stay motivated without direct supervision, demonstrating initiative in meeting sales and revenue goals.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage priorities and routine functions effectively and efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies; open to feedback with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for key accounts, team meetings, and critical events.
  • Performance: Proven history of sales success



What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to 30% annual bonus based on meeting and exceeding targets.
