Brewer

Here at Toms River Brewing we are a growing brewery looking for some additional talent to join our team and make the best products that we can!

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial brewery setting; strong knowledge and application of process throughout the brewhouse, cellar, filtering and packaging operations.

-Ability to assimilate in a team-based environment that is fast paced with a shared vision of quality at the forefront when executing tasks.

-Capable of operating on a 25bbl brew system as well as a 5bbl brew system. FVs, LTs and BBTs ranging from 10, 25, and 50bbl capacities.

-Outstanding communication skills are paramount to the success of a team at every level.

-Intention to learn and improve one's skills with a growing dynamic brewery.

-Can operate efficiently as a team member and independently while maintaining a shared focus on quality in all aspects of operations.

-A keen attention to detail in regard to process controls, SOPs and KPIs.

-Must be dependable, honest, and detail oriented.

-Must possess mechanical aptitude, ability to trouble-shoot and be mindful of preventative maintenance measures.

-Must be physically able to work on one's feet for an extended period, lift 50lbs+ repeatedly, squat, ascend/descend ladders and all other facets of brew house physical demands.
