The Assistant Manager is a primary, operational role at Beermill. Team members who will excel in this position like to be in control, enjoy interacting with customers, can easily manage competing priorities, and are exceptional communicators.
Assistant Managers are responsible for but not limited to:
- serving in-store customers
- receiving delivery orders from a variety of platforms
- dispatching delivery drivers to homes and businesses
- troubleshooting unexpected delivery challenges
- leading the daily operations
- creating orders week to week
- maintaining a clean/organized store
At a minimum, Assistant Managers must:
- Be kind, collaborative, and coachable
- Be proficient in navigating websites on a desktop computer
- Be competent in navigating different POS
- Have strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Available Weekends
- 40 hours a week
- Available Holidays
