4/5/2018 -- Kabuki NE IPA Release

Big Choice is releasing a New England-style IPA to honor our building's Japanese heritage!

To celebrate our building's history and because you loved the first batch so much, we are releasing our NE IPA and naming it Kabuki. Slightly hazy and full of juicy hop aroma with almost no bitterness, our New England-style IPA is easy drinking and a good introduction to hops.

A Kabuki is a traditional Japanese drama full of stylized mime, song and dance. Our building used to be home to the Brighton Japanese American Association and was built back in 1940.
