FAQs



Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be 21 years of age or older to attend this event. Valid IDs are required.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Your safety is our number one priority. Please, if you are local we encourage you to walk, or you can always take advantage of Metro North as we are walking distance from the Crestwood train station. We will also have the phone numbers of a few local taxis. If you are driving, we will have limited spaces in our parking lot otherwise it is street parking.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring either your printed ticket or your phone with ticket readily available.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds.
