21 Locks Brewing is currently seeking a Full-time Tasting Room Manager. They will manage and assist our Tasting Room Associates pour beer and other alcoholic and non alcoholic options in our Taproom, as well as work the retail counter selling beer and merchandise to go. Required work hours include nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a brewery or full-service high volume restaurant is required.
• Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching and developing employees.
• Experience working in a corporate structure is preferred.
• Willingness to commute up to one hour for work or up to thirty miles one way, whichever is greater.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
