Boonville Cider House and Bite Hard use hand-picked apples, slow fermented and canned by hand by an eccentric group of small town scholars, craftsmen, farmers, and freaks. Bite Hard never cuts corners, and never uses concentrate. No gimmicks, no bullshit. We make hard cider the hard way, carrying on an irreverent American tradition brought from England by the first pioneers making their way west, planting orchards along the way. Today, we are proud to pluck the fruits of centuries of labor and innovation to squeeze cider into the can in your hand. So kick back, the hard part is over, crack that can and taste this tannic, balanced, robust cider, canned with gumption and plenty of BITE.
“With an orchard first mentality, Boonville Cider House uses its favorite varieties of apples to put the finest cider into every can, bottle, and keg. Made with gumption, and drank with gusto, the Boonville Cider House is less a place and more a state of mind. We want to bring that state of mind to the big apple.”
“I am so excited to work with Allan Farago, Ari Smith and their crew at Lost Tribes Beverage,” Brooks Schmitt, Founder at Bite Hard said. “The response from the California cider community has been amazing and we are happy to be teaming up to bring great CA Cider to New York City and beyond.”
Bite Hard will be launching with Lost Tribes this month with Bite Hard Cider available in cans and on draft. Check in with your favorite local craft beer destination to try some of these fantastic offerings.
