SAN DIEGO – JuneShine, the hard kombucha business launched in June 2018, has hired Molly Ross, formerly Cellar Manager at Saint Archer Brewing, as Director of Brewing Operations.
JuneShine was founded by outdoorsmen and women seeking a healthier and more environmentally friendly alcohol. Since opening its doors to their North Park brewery and tasting room, JuneShine has distributed to over 140 accounts throughout San Diego County.
“We are actively expanding via multiple production and distribution channels, which will continually require us to further build out the JuneShine team. In this case, we sought an additional brewer at the director level who had top notch experience and ambition, and also an alignment with our company’s culture,” explained Greg Serrao, co-founder and CEO.
“Molly Ross pursued careers in both aviation and hospitality before finding her calling in brewing with Saint Archer Brewing Company. She joined as a packaging operator and soon worked her way up through the ranks, eventually managing the expansive cellar and the Tusk & Grain barrel program. Molly embodies the spirit and philosophies of JuneShine and when not in the brewery you will find her mountain biking Noble Canyon or camping in the High Sierras,” commented Greg Peters, CBO.
