We pride ourselves on our innovation and strong community presence. We are expanding our sales team to increase our market share into the Upper Hudson Valley.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role will cover the territory from Newburgh to Albany, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with retailers, restaurants, and bars. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the beer industry and a proven track record of increasing sales and profitability, preferably in the territory.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

- Conduct regular sales visits to retailers, restaurants, and bars.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns.

- Execute promotional events and activities.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to ownership.

Requirements:

- Multiple years of experience in the beer industry.

- Proven track record of managing and growing revenue and profitability.

- Strong knowledge of the craft beer market and trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Ability to travel within the upper Hudson Valley territory.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

- Salary based on experience.

- Monthly bonus based on sales performance.
