Head Brewer

We are a collection of brewers, chefs and hospitality professionals dedicated to the constant improvement of our chosen crafts. We hold each of these fields in the highest regard and aim to hire and retain the best people possible.

We are looking for a world-class Head Brewer for our location in New Hope, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Candidates must have: 

-a high mechanical aptitude

-an ability to write and speak clearly and professionally

-a minimum of five years professional brewing experience

-an obsession for cleanliness

-a lust for brewing traditional ales and lagers (including sours and barrel-aging)

-a vast personal library of beer styles, brewing history, technique and science. 

New Hope is equipped with a 10-barrel Newlands brewhouse, 6 fermentation tanks and 12 cellar tanks. We recently installed a new heat exchanger and glycol chiller. Annual production hovers around 600 barrels with an aim to increase over the coming years. 

Brewers meet on the first Friday of every month to assess beer culture, quality, repairs and staff education. We share experiences and ideas with each other in a cooperative environment with the guiding principle that the best ideas and practices emerge when we collaborate.

We will pay relocation expenses for the right candidate. Salary commensurate with experience.
