Territory Manager –OH

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager with a proven track record in sales to join our team in OH The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust sales acumen, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. An ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while effectively allocating resources to meet and surpass assigned quotas is essential.

Responsibilities:

•   Client Relations: Onboard, build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an ongoing connection and a deep understanding of their needs.

•   Performance Management: Monitor and manage all customer interactions and feedback through established KPIs and daily reporting requirements. A significant part of this role involves being in the field, educating budtenders, buyers, and consumers on Uncle Arnie's products and the overall beverage category to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.

•   Financial Objectives: Consistently meet or exceed financial targets by developing strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth.

•   Market Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry's evolving landscape to stay ahead of competitive trends.

•   Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance product visibility and market penetration.

•   Client Support and Development: Continuously support, develop, and maintain client relationships by optimizing current product assortments, introducing new products, implementing marketing initiatives, and providing exceptional follow-up and customer service.

 

 

Qualifications:

•   Experience: Minimum of 4 years in CPG sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have a current or previous book of business.

•   Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•   Organizational Skills: Highly developed organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

•   Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with CRM systems.

•   Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze financial data to inform decision-making processes.
