Lehigh Valley Sales Representative

The Regional Sales Representative will be tasked driving the country's fastest growing regional brewery in the Lehigh Valley. The Regional Sales Rep is responsible for developing, planning and executing sales strategy based on company goals and objectives. The Regional Sales Rep will be responsible for communication and collaboration with the sales management team and the wholesaler team.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is persistent, resourceful, and passionate
  • Possesses strong communication and presentation skills
  • Is flexible and always learning
  • Is Solution Oriented, Self Motivated and Results Driven
  • Brings proficiency with google applications, Microsoft or Mac desktop OS, and mobile Android OS or IOS.
  • Proficiency in VIP
  • Exercises an extensive knowledge of beer sales and the industry
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have 3 years of sales experience
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, as well as the regional wholesaler
  • Provide business consulting opportunities and excellent customer service through sharing of best practices, emerging trends, and knowledge of consumer issues
  • Prepare for sales calls in advance to setup the best possible outcomes
  • Call on the territory 50 times per week in person or through digital communication
  • Communicate all critical information involving an account or the market
  • Build and communicate weekly allocation sheets
  • Review pricing and product placement at each account to ensure each item is priced and located correctly based on company standards
  • Create and perform beer samplings, on-premises events, and other brand engagement opportunities
  • Perform other duties as directed by the management team
  • Follow all State and Federal regulations for the sale and merchandising of alcoholic beverages
